Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from PLP Battery Supply, so if you need to return an item for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. You may return your purchase within 60 days of your original order. Items being returned must be in their original condition. That means new - not used, and not damaged. (It's OK if you've opened the box, we're not ogres.)

Note that there are some necessary exclusions to the return policy:
1. Conventional batteries that were shipped dry, and filled with electrolyte (acid) after receipt by the purchaser cannot be returned due to shipping restrictions. In this case, contact us to arrange a resolution.
2. Clearance and Closeout Products, unless they are defective. 
3. We cannot accept products that were not purchased from PLP Battery Supply or PLPBattery.com.

If you would like to make a return, you have a couple of options:
1. Log in to your account and find the order with the item you would like to return. 
- Select the order and click on "Request Return" on the upper right part of the screen to see a list of items in the order.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.
- Click "Request Return".
- After we have received your request, you will be sent an email with return instructions.

2. Call or email and let us know. We will email you a return form, or ask you to print the email and include it in the package with the returned item.

We will determine whether you prefer a credit or refund, and the method of refund. Note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returning your order (this is the important bit):
1. Print a copy of the email or return form and put it in the box, so that we can identify your order and process your return. We do not typically issue or require RMA numbers.
2. Pack the item(s) for return. Use the original shipping carton and packing material if it’s available, or any other packaging that will adequately protect the item(s) during shipment. Please keep and enjoy any Koozies that were used for packing with our compliments!

NOTE: You are responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
We suggest shipping the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, as we are unable to provide credit for packages lost during shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
If we made an error on your order, we will pay the return shipping charges and send you a pre-paid return shipping label, along with instructions. If that is the case, the return shipping label will be sent in an email.

What you can expect:
1. When we receive your return, we will process your refund or credit, usually within 2 business days.
2. By default, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please let us know if you would prefer a credit.
3. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
